Training and Mechanics Hub
You build the elite swing in order. You anchor the rear leg. You swivel the barrel. You link the sequence.
Each lesson below pairs one High Level Pattern move with one ProSwing Studio read. You practice the move. You record the rep. You read the number. Short cues sit beside full explanations, so youth hitters and advanced hitters can share one page.
Youth players, ages 8 to 14
You follow one picture per lesson: Tetherball, Whack-a-Mole, The Corner. You hear one cue and you move. Ask a parent to read the setup lines aloud before each rep.
High school and college hitters
You read torque, on-plane acceleration, exit velocity, and time-to-contact. You compare each rep against the target band in your Swing Score report. You adjust one variable at a time.
Parents and coaches
You set the station, you spot the flaw, you call the fix. Each lesson lists setup rules and safety limits. You stop the rep the moment posture breaks down.

Safety and setup rules
- Clear space: You give each hitter a full bat length in every direction, plus a safe zone behind the barrel path.
- Wall drill distance: You stand 12 to 15 inches off the wall. You use dry cuts or a tee only. You keep live toss out of wall drills.
- Soft gear: You use an 8.5-inch soft training ball for pin drills. You keep helmets on for any moving-ball work.
- Rep limits: You cap youth sets at 15 clean reps. You stop the set when the head drifts or the lower back pinches. Soreness or sharp pain ends the session.
- Video setup: You mount the phone on a tripod at waist level, side-profile view from the open side of the hitter. You record at the highest frame rate the phone allows.
