Do I need a sensor attached to my baseball bat to use ProSwing?

No. ProSwing uses your smartphone camera and computer vision to analyze your baseball swing. It tracks 33 body joint landmarks in 3D without any bat knob sensors, launch monitors, or external hardware. Simply record your swing with your phone camera and the AI handles the rest.

Which mechanical flaws in a baseball swing can ProSwing detect?

ProSwing automatically detects and matches corrective drills for: casting (early arm extension), early extension (premature hip thrust toward the plate), sway (lateral weight shift away from target), lunging (weight transfers too early), hand drop (bat path drops below optimal plane), and poor hip-shoulder separation. Each flaw is flagged with severity and paired with a personalized video drill.
